United StatesPhenomenal! Clean, great A/C (one A/C unit in living room, but not bedrooms. Wasn’t an issue, I just kept bedroom doors open), brand new everything, dishwasher, full fridge, clothes washer, smart TV, nice pool (didn’t use it), easy communication with the owner.

Great beach for a family as water was shallow at the shore.
Great beach for a family as water was shallow at the shore. Quieter town, great sunsets, excellent restaurants. Park is by the stores. Close trips to Primosten or Trogir. Can rent a boat and taxi to Rogoznica. Much less crowded than Brela or Makarska which was awesome! Always free beach and clean water.

Nice small village if you want peace and nice coasts.
Nice small village if you want peace and nice coasts. You can ship to some places nicer or fancier but it's worth staying here, there are 3-4 restaurants all of them are pretty good and welcoming. It's simplicity is charming!

Very nice cosy village, with everything you need as a tourist and at the same time not an overun tourist place. Small supermarket came handy, also a small restaurant with great breakfast. And absolutely enjoyed the brilliant local food in the suprisingly very elegant restaurant Olive.

Ražanj is a very small place, actually a fishing village, where not much happens. You can explore nearby seaside towns such as Rogoznica, Šibenik, Trogir, Split, etc. Ražanj is for resting, swimming, sunbathing, reading books, walking, boating and fishing. The negative side of the beaches in Ražanj is that there are sea urchins in the sea and that you cannot rent sunbeds and umbrellas.

Razanj is a cozy and quiet village, ideal for families who want to relax and enjoy the nature. It is close to many interesting cities, such as Split and Sibenik and to Krka National Park. You need a car to go shopping

We had booked 5 nights a little outside the season and had an absolutely fantastic stay. We have been to Razânj several times, but this is the first time we stayed here, and we will 100% come back. We received an indescribably warm welcome, and since they didn’t have other guests at the moment, they asked if we would like a different apartment than the one we had booked. They are so kind, and in the apartment there was a bottle of homemade wine, a wonderful liqueur, olive oil, and more. It has just been a lovely experience.

Everything was perfect! House Mia is very clean, fully equipped, cozy place and have very friendly and kind owners ;) We really felt here like at home! Around is a beautiful garden where you have a complete privacy, grill and garden shower. Very nice beaches a few steps from the accommodation and only a few minutes walk to the center of Ražanj. We will definitely want to come back as soon as possible :)

The surrounding is beautiful and quiet. The sunset from the balcony is astonishing. If someone is looking for a calm and quiet apartment for their holiday this is a perfect choice in Razanj. The owners and really nice persons, they waited us when we arrived and gave us the keys and show us everything. They even prepared some soft drinks in the fridge, and some local beverage.

The apartment is excellent, very well equipped and clean. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away and the view from the terrace is perfect.
The owners are wonderful, kind, and paid attention to every detail when furnishing the apartment.
Ražanj is lovely little place, perfect for relaxation and trips to nearby towns.
I would definitely recommend it.

We visited in October and the area was very quiet at this time of year, although there was some construction noise on one day . The pool was a lovely temperature. The view from the balcony was a delight. It was about 35 minutes walk to restaurants in Razanj along the sea front, but the path is uneven and not good for walking after dark.
