Breakfast was a la carte, we could choose as much dishes as we wanted; coffe and squeezed orange juice was amazing. We were staying one night wtih our one year daughter and they really put effort to make a meal that she would eat. Great hosts!

It was my first time in Rijeka and I visited it off season. Kind receptionist made a room upgrade to a room with a view of the incredible city which made my Croatia road trip very memorable. The room is is very spacious with a huge balcony where you can see the entire city. Good job to the management for putting guest comfort first.

Everything was awesome, the location, the quality of the furniture's, wifi etc. We were traveling by car and the owners offered a parking spot just across the street for us to park. They asked for the license plate of the care so that they could forward it to the parking company and we immediately entered the parking spot without any additional charges for 3 days. Many thanks!

Layers of history that envelop the city in a peaceful pace and tranquility without the crowds of tourists - the people of Rijeka simply let you peek into their homes and be welcomed. Everyone is so kind. We recommend taking the bus to Pecine beach. And the food is delicious whether it's from a kiosk or a fancy restaurant

Wonderful fruit/vegetable market and also fish market. Many terraces to sit, drink and eat. Regular buses to take you to many beaches which are rocky and pebbles, no sand. People are helpful and friendly. Many bookstores.

An interesting old city with a lot to see and enjoy. Bars to suit everyone's taste Historic buildings such as the castle and the Theatre which has very cheap seats compared to the UK. For example a Puccini opera stall seats for the equivalent of £20 each. The market situated in beautiful old buildings with a good quality fresh food. If you are flying from Rijeka airport the bus to get there is very confusing. Despite what they say you cannot book online. Of the 3 bus stations in the city none of them sell tickets for the airport bus.....although they will direct you to each other. The airport bus leaves from Jelacicev Trg (square) and takes preferably cash : E15 each or will take card at a push. If you miss the bus then a taxi from the same square will take you for E50.

Rijeka is my place of birth and Love it however I did have a bad experience with the accommodation and the people person on the phone line. Overall building maintenance is important if you are having a appartement for lease. It will reflect the overall rating. Quite a few restaurants we visited and visited all the places like Trsat, Kantrida, Pecine etc....

Our general impression was that Rijeka is not ready to be considered a tourist destination - finding parking was difficult, which shouldn't be the case for a 300k population city, there are few things to actually see around town, the beaches were meh, and so on. I'm not returning. Rijeka is beautiful, but nothing too special.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and was beautifully prepared for our arrival. It's equipped with everything we needed and more. I'd especially like to thank the hosts, who were available throughout our stay, providing us with helpful information, answering any questions, and ultimately, providing us with a great deal of help, making our departure from Croatia a smooth and stress-free day. Furthermore, the apartment has a family history that made me feel more like at home than in a hotel room.

This is one of these ideas that turned to be really good. The hotel is, actually boat and one can expect all that comes with it. Rooms are, actually old passengers cabins and do not expect anything glamorous, (it is not one of those luxury cruisers, though). I am former seaman and used to "crampy" cabins. However, this place has no such kind of cabins. It is simply nice.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and I asked them to make a surprise, they made so much effort for that and it was such a special time!! Breakfast was super, very high quality. Location is also excellent, there is free drinks in room, it’s quite high level of hotel I definitely recommend :)

The location is excellent for getting to the sights. It has parking which is a massive bonus as parking would be expensive without it. Bed was comfortable and the room did have a balcony. Breakfast was ok. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel
