The room is very spacious and the space is very usefully designed.
Since it was during the winter and right before the NYE, most of the island was a hit dead however we really enjoyed our stay.

Vela Luka is a hidden gem!
Vela Luka is a hidden gem! It’s not overly touristic, which was exactly the appeal for us. The days are slow and relaxed, the food is delicious, and the people are lovely — it feels like a more authentic side of Croatia. It’s the perfect place to unwind, but at the same time there’s plenty to do.
We went scuba diving, spent time at the beach, tried different restaurants, and enjoyed walking around. Honestly, we could have easily stayed at least two weeks just relaxing and exploring the different areas. We were there for 3 days and 3 nights, and it wasn’t nearly enough!

A great little town with much fewer visitors than Dubrovnik...
A great little town with much fewer visitors than Dubrovnik for example, a very pleasant town and harbour to wander round with plenty of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, easy to get ferries to other islands or just across the bay to a swimming spot.

The place is really nice and very well located.
The place is really nice and very well located. However, the WiFi in our room didn't work during our stay. The people at the management office were diligent in finding a solution although the result was not positive at all. As you can imagine, not having WiFi at all in our room was an unpleasant surprise.

It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars.
It is a wonderful town with great restaurants and bars. You can find well-equipped groceries, a drugstore, and everything you need for your stay here. There is a beautiful boulevard by the marina. You can find nice beaches within walking distance. If you have a car, there are plenty of outstanding beaches that you can drive to in less than 15 minutes. Additionally, you can take a boat taxi to visit the nearby, wonderful Proizd Island.

Amazing house, in a nice location far away from the noise of the town. Hypermarket is available in 10 minutes by car. A boat or jetski is worth reserving in advance. Real transformation both for adults and kids... Unforgettable vacation.

Nice little coastal town, with less to see compared to Korčula city. Nice to be based for exploring rest of the island and the island Proizd.
Remnants of industrial times when the city was in it's peak are visible throughout.
Vela Spila is also a must see.

I recently stayed in a lovely apartment in Vela Luka and i was thrilled! The apartment is conveniently located near the beach and the town center, with a spacious and modern interior. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the terrace offers a beautiful view
The owners were very friendly and always ready to help. The cleanliness was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Vela Luka is a charming little town with crystal-clear waters and great restaurants.
Overall, it’s a perfect place for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Vela Luka is a town with very little street names and numbers - unlike most places you would go to.
Danjiela, the host, was waiting for us at the door to make sure we got there without fuss.
The property was clean and tastefully appointed with a beautiful view of the bay and surrounds. The property was so well looked after and cleaned we thought we were the first ever guests to use the property!

Amazing place, comfy&cozy. Big seaview terrace, nice pool and umbrellas & sun chair on the beach. Also you have the shower on the beach and a free use of the sup.
It was a really nice place also if you need a quiet place (but still near the center of Vela Luka).
For sure I will come back.

Beautiful scenery from the top of the hotel overlooking the Vela Luka bay. Neat and quiet apartment, comfortable bed, exceptional cleanliness and warm welcome from the hotel staff upon arrival. Sauna and gym facilities were easily accessible and no problems with parking. Highly recommend.
