This charming boutique hotel was one of the highlights of our trip along the Dalmatian coast. Perfectly located between Split and Šibenik, it offers breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea directly from the room — waking up here each morning felt truly special. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is tucked away in a beautiful, lesser-known area, far from the busy tourist crowds, yet still incredibly convenient for exploring the region. Trogir is only 10 minutes away, Split about 30 minutes, and Šibenik around 45 minutes, making it an ideal base for day trips while still feeling relaxing and secluded. The hospitality made our stay even more memorable. Katia was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. She genuinely made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her kindness and personal touch added so much to the experience. We truly enjoyed every moment here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic, and scenic stay on the Dalmatian coast.

The view was second to none. The breakfast was delicious and had the same amazing view. The owners were gracious and made us feel very welcome and comfortable.

The location of the hotel was great. Rooms are outdated and need to be upgraded to match the price I paid in the off-season. This is an all inclusive hotel - in terms of selection of food, it was average and there were very few options for someone with food restrictions (e.g. gluten free). Staff was polite and helpful.

We liked the warm reception we received while arriving, it was clean and personnel was friendly, accommodating and professional. I would stay there again if in the area.

Very friendly staff, big and comfortable room and great location. Right at the pedestrian bridge into the old town of Trogir. Free parking directly behind the hotel, wonderful breakfast buffet included. One of the best hotels we stayed at in Croatia.

Hrana ukusna i raznolika, osoblje jako jako uslužno, svakodnevno provjeravaju imate li sve što vam treba i pozdravljaju s osmijehom, cure iz domaćinstva jako brižne i pažljive prema zahtjevima... Malac i ja smo uživali! Prekrasan obiteljski hotel! Vidimo se ponovno krajem ljeta i veliko hvala svima!

We had one of our best stays at Villa Katarina! everything was great! The two best things about the hotel are the location and the host/staff. The host is a gem :) such a great guy! He was very generous with both check-in and check-out times, and also helped us find great beaches and restaurants nearby. Another big plus was the affordable transportation to different places that he arranged for us. The location is excellent, very close to a beautiful pebble beach, as well as to restaurants and bars. The hotel provides a parking spot and has a useful fridge and air conditioner which made warm nights much more comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice.

What an awesome hotel! We decided to stay in the small town of Marina instead of Split and just drive into Split for day trips (about 40 km away). We are very glad we made that decision, as Split felt a bit overrated to us, while Marina was peaceful, beautiful, and far more relaxing. We even spent our second day exploring Trogir rather, which we enjoyed much more because it was quieter and full of charm. Marinus Beach Hotel is still brand new and was easily the best hotel we stayed at in Croatia — a true five-star experience. From reception to the cleaning staff and restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and had everything one could want. We originally booked a balcony room, but they upgraded us to one of the four special balcony rooms that share a private swimming pool area. The pool can only be accessed through those four units, which made it feel like having your own private pool. Absolutely amazing experience. The rooms are very modern, stylish, and well equipped. The bathroom was beautiful, and the shower was excellent. We will definitely stay here again. Marina itself is also a beautiful small town with some really great restaurant options.

Location, comfort & hospitality of the Hosts. One of our nicest vacations, Trogir itself is a very charming town. Fresh breads from the bakery around the corner. We ate everyday fresh seafoods from the restaurant recommended by the host, Marco. Thank you, we would definitely come back!!! 😊
