Excellent location, helpful staff. Tidy rooms. Delicious food. A short walk through the pedestrian area to the thermal lake. Lots of amenities all around the hotel. They offer discount tickets for the lake bath. Definitely recommend

Hotel is very close to the Heviz lake. Hotel employees were all very Nice and tryed their best for my stay to be comfortable as posušile.

The hotel was overall decent for a short stay. The location was convenient, especially for getting around the city, and check-in was smooth. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we had questions. The room was clean, though a bit basic, and could use some updating. Breakfast had a few good options, though it was quite simple. This hotel works well if you're looking for something functional and affordable. Not luxurious, but it gets the job done.

The room is waste and clean. There is everything nesessary : the kettle, coffee mashine. The breakfast is good, the wellness is wonderful with sauna and massage pools, it is open all day long.

Beautiful hotel and spa, it felt like we stepped back in time. It was simple and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the property.

Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Located near bus station and not far away from the Heviz lake. The place has a great pools including the medicinal water pool, saunas, sal room and herbarium room. We enjoyed all of them a lot, especially the outdoor hot tub with the medicinal water.

In addition to being very comfortable and loving the AC at night, Hotel Erzsebet is only 1 minute away from the Lake Heviz entrance (if you use the back door of the hotel). So close to Heviz! AWESOME!🤩

Exceptional for families and children, the breakfast and dinner were very good with a great variety and quality of food , the room was clean and big, the resort is one of the best we have been, Bobo fun park is great and the kids had a great day. We enjoyed our stay there

Very quiet location, the room was huge, clean and well equipped, the staff very friendly, breakfast was super. There’s a well equipped game room, the swimming pool is very nice and the garden is beatiful to spend some time outdoors
