Clean comfortable staff very nice

Location, staff friendly and helpful, clean, warm.

Precise booking, reception service, and always smiling and helpful staff. They let me one more hour delay with the checkout as a bonus. I received exactly the room I requested. The breakfast was very nice with hot and cold options including some pastries and three kinds of pate.

Breakfast was very good and ample. The room was pleasant and spacious, the staff lovely.

The location was well situated for ease of access to malls, shops, site seeing and public transportation.

The size of the room was absolutely fantastic!! Separate bedroom and living area—with sofa, desk, wardrobe, coffee, small refrigerator. AND…Toilet and sink in one bathroom space; 2 sinks and shower in another. Breakfast was good, and we enjoyed a very nice dinner, as well.

Spaceous and clean room. The location is great and very close to the thermal baths. There is a free parking place with video surveillance. The breakfast was okey. All in all very good!

Peace and relaxation, that's how you can call the experience we lived in this place. Neat room, friendly staff. I will definitely come back. In the mornings, it is very pleasant to hear the chirping of migratory birds and not sparrows or crows, as is the case everywhere in RO. There's a jacuzzi at the main floor and a little spa, a well place to spend the afternoon.

The spa was amazing, the play room for children was great with lots of toys for the little ones, and the attentiveness of the staff was awesome. We had a toddler with us and they prepared the room especially for her with a baby bathtub and a crib, and they prepared two separate beds pushed together, because we let them know in advance we would be sleeping together in the same bed, and it had a special filler in the middle so it functioned as one big bed. It was great. The breakfast had lots of options in general, but very meat-focused and oily, quite the Hungarian style. But at the end of the day, it was a super pleasant experience, we enjoyed it a lot and felt really welcome with out little one :)

The SPA section is very nice, especially the Jacuzzi pool. A lot of space in the room, efficient climatization.
