Great resort. Can't wait to return with children and grandchildren

I highly recommend staying at Tihany Yacht Club! Such a beautiful location by the lake. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were delicious, food was fresh. Reasonable price too. We will definitely come back there!

Staying here felt like stepping into a fairy tale, but with Wi-Fi and a excelent breakfast. The place has so much charm — everything is spotless, beautifully preserved, and the staff make you feel truly welcome. I loved the peaceful garden, the elegant dining room, and the little historical touches everywhere. A magical experience! I just wish I stayed longer!

The property itself is amazing, like a fairytale house! The location is great, very peaceful and quiet, but 5-10 min walk from amazing restaurants, viewpoints and lake beach... Friendly landlords, beautifully designed rooms, clean and cosy!

Overall, the picture looks wonderful, but when it comes to the details, there are many shortcomings. The hotel itself is beautiful, and for children it is truly a paradise. However, despite having a half-board package, the first surprise came at our very first dinner. We arrived about an hour before the restaurant closed, and there was almost no food left. Even worse, drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. There was not even a basic water station available. For a five-star hotel, charging guests even for water during dinner is, in our opinion, a major disappointment and a serious flaw. We were also very disappointed that both at breakfast and dinner, despite the official serving hours, many dishes were already empty 30–60 minutes before closing and were not being replenished. We had to ask staff for basic things such as a spoon, and even had to request a banana for our child because they had already been removed. The watermelon looked old and poorly presented, and overall the food appeared to be of rather low quality. The service throughout the hotel was very weak, especially considering the hotel's category and prices. In addition, almost everything in the hotel is very expensive. The resort has great potential and beautiful facilities, but unfortunately the level of service and attention to guests falls far below what we would expect from a five-star property.

the receptionist and people in the restaurant are attentive. it’s quite in the winter time. So we could get good rest. massage was good also.

Updated modern room and bathroom, powerful AC, excellent food…better dinners than most restaurants in the area.

Very nice hotel. Great location right on the shore of Lake Balaton. Excellent wellness facilities with both indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, etc. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner buffet.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and incredibly clean, with a pleasant scent throughout the property. The furniture was clearly of high quality, adding a touch of luxury to our experience. The food was excellent, both in taste and presentation. Most of all, the staff were very helpful, kind, and greeted us with warm smiles. Highly recommend!

Our favourite hotel in Balatonfüred. Everything was fine, delicious breakfast, clean and quiet room. Good location, near to the promenade. There is a private parking, and this is very important.
