Cannot recommend this accommodation enough! The room was nicely designed, spacious and clean, comfortable bed. The bathroom was classic balinese style with beautiful plants. Pool was enjoyable. But the thing that put it over the top were the staff. Putu, Kadek, and Dimas went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The owner is lucky to have them and we left having made 3 new friends. We would be happy to come back again!

We absolutely loved our time at the gorgeous 1000 Dream Bungalows , the location was beautiful as were Dian and all her fantastic staff , they go above and beyond with all their guests , we will be back for another visit next time in Bali .

I love the overall ambiance of the hotel, from the stunning pool, delectable foods in the restaurant to accommodating staff and live band performances. I loved it and we will definitely visit again in the future. Highly recommended to expats who wanna stay in Lovina. It’s very near the beach where you can do sightseeing, snorkeling and dolphin watching plus nature is also reachable.

I have been going there once or twice a year for 13 years.

I have been going there once or twice a year for 13 years. The locals are so friendly and honest and many are now family to me. The beach is so lovely with all the local dolphin tour boats moored there. A great place to visit for nightlife is Poco Lounge Bar especially on a Thursday or Saturday night with the great bands. It is very well run by a lovely owner and there is never any trouble. Once you've been to Lovina and experienced the real Bali you won't stay in the south of Bali again.

Lovina is fairly quiet and best seen from a boat to get a full appreciation of the coastline and the beautiful hills in the background. I stayed at the Kelapa Lovina Beach Villas. Great, relaxing place right on the waterfront. The staff are fantastic!! Highly recommend it, if you are looking for some chill-out time.

We went to see dolphins but the boat’s numbers was much more than the dolphins at that morning. We hunted to see dolphins. The Lovina beach near me, was used a meeting point to depart the boat off to the sea for dolphins’ trip and we came back to the same point. So it’s very near/ walking distance from the hotel, Pendawa villa. We went to see Sekumpul waterfalls which 3 falls at one place, beautiful.

Kelapa Villas was outstanding accommodation.

Kelapa Villas was outstanding accommodation. The relative quiet of Lovina was relaxing and visiting the district/mountains (lakes & waterfalls) behind Lovina was eye opening. Make sure your driver takes you via back-roads. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Kelapa provided good menu/food and I can reccommend the Secret Garden (who arranged free pick-up and return transport).

Lovina is very different from places like Canggu, Seminyak,...

Lovina is very different from places like Canggu, Seminyak, or Kuta. It is much smaller, quieter, and more laidback, which is exactly the charm if you are looking for peace, nature, and a slower pace. The dolphin watching was great, there are still enough activities to keep you entertained, and the area has some excellent restaurants such as The Damai and The 10th Table. At the same time, Lovina still has enough atmosphere and local life to feel lively and worthwhile. It never felt dead or boring to us. If you stay in a beautiful hotel and enjoy relaxing vibes, sunsets, good food, and escaping the busier parts of Bali for a few days, Lovina is definitely worth visiting.

Lucky for us it was quiet i know thats not good for the beautiful friendly people. Plenty of bars, restaurants. One of our favourite restaurants Semina had a cold fresh towel and great variety of food. Next door a wonderful massage facility. At end of street on pur lane a popular music friendly warung with great food too. There was Snorkling & dolphin trips. Souveniers. Lots of cats even one beautiful one that liked to visit us at the villa. He was very friendly loved a pat. Most tourists are european. New roads were being made when we were there which will improve the area. We loved lovina our first visit and we are going back soon!

I cannot praise this hotel enough. We spent about 5 nights here in a villa with a small pool. We received a complimentary massage on arrival which was a complete surprise and most welcome. The food here is superb - familiar flavours from our trip around Bali but prepared and served with refinement and innovative twists. The staff were remarkably friendly and professional - not a balance that is easy to pull off. Management were approachable, friendly and easily available.

The hotel is right on the beach and although they say partial view it is only because there are trees and the facility fence ... the hotel is beach front (which I didn't get from the listing!). The rooms are clean and adequate. The restaurant is great with nice food. We walked down the road to Global Village Cafe for the most amazing meal which is also supporting people in Bali with disabilities - highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic sea view from the upper appartement of the villa and from the infinity pool. Certainly a great secluded place 10 mins up the hill from Lovina. The place has quite a luxury feel about it and one could relax for some time there. Car or scooter will help to access the place. Has a kitchen with a big fridge.
