Everything about this hotel spoke "quality". Reception welcome, friendly staff, attention to detail in the room, luxurious touches such as body lotion, conditioner, biscuits, robes and slippers... modern light and curtain and heating and door indications controls. Food was excellent. Gym and spa small but comfortable and great for city centre location.

The hotel's very good location, just 20 minutes from the airport (by taxi), in the vicinity of a commercial area, a large number of bus stops, which made traveling to and from the center very easy, the cleanliness of the hotel, the helpfulness of the employees and the exceptional breakfast

Great facilities locally. Major shopping but hotel is off the beaten track and quiet. Great ambience and facilities without leaving. Traffic congestion for going into the city at rush hours exceptionally bad. Cinemas, Olympic size pool etc all nearby.

Room price was too high for vacation travelers, yet lower then other similar facilities, and appears to be set for business travelers on expense accounts. Location is far from any sites of vacationers interest. However, I knew this when I booked and chose facility because we needed to extend our stay a few days, the price was lowest and facility was relatively close to airport.

Very disappointed to arrive back at hotel at 11pm following a concert to find that the bar was closed. After expressing our disappointment to the receptionist she arranged for us to have a drink in the foyer area. A lot of other guests arrived back after us and we’re in the same predicament. We were informed that the hotel was quiet and so they decided to close the bar early???

Everything was lovely, staff were so friendy and helpful. I've stayed in a number of hotels in the area and this was by far my best and favourite experience. I like the fact there were Vending Machines which were well stocked scattered around the corridors of the bedroom area.

Hotel was great for the price we paid, especially for Dublin. Although you’re outside the city, there is a bus that brings you in outside the door. It was suitable for us as we had a car travelling.
