Absolutely stunning property, phenomenal staff from the castle bar to the front desk. Everyone went above and beyond to make it a memorable stay. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Aurora House B&B is set in the countryside just a few minutes drive from Athy. The property is clean, bright, modern and homely, the rooms are lovely and the beds are really comfy (the most important part!). Teresa is a wonderful host and the cooked breakfast is 5 star. Would definitely recommend this little gem of a B&B.

River Court House offers accommodations in Maganey Bridge, 5.2 miles from County Carlow Military Museum and 5.5 miles from Carlow Courthouse.

After a day touring Dublin, it was great to take a short drive to this lovely, spacious, clean and quiet country home. The host was gracious and helpful. I love the Jacuzzi tub! And at a fraction of the price you might pay in Dublin

I highly recommend this place as a place to stay. Located southwest of Dublin about a 60-minute drive, its location allowed us to take day trips to almost the entire country. Going north into Northern Ireland made for a 12 hour day, but was easily doable.. The owners, John and Delores, are next door. They are very friendly and have two dogs that are absolutely attention hounds. Bella, the larger one is a hoot. The cottage has two bedrooms that allow for better privacy. We watched a couple of fox play in the field.. Lots of birds provided music to drink coffee and watch the sunrise or sunset on the little patio. Little snacks were provided along with some potatoes from the owners. You have a selection of places to shop. I recommend shopping at Pettitt's suoer value for groceries qq+q+qq+and Conlons Family 7

Comfortable room in a very clean, quiet house in a nice area with ample parking. Linen was very fresh and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful.

A good location for a stress-free stay in Athy, The Canalside B&B at The Auld Shebeen Bar is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the quiet street.

The room was spotless and so spacious! The bathroom was like that of a 5* hotel and the host was lovely to deal with. Tucked away in a lovely spot. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Market House B&B enjoys a location in Athy, a few steps from Athy Heritage Centre-Museum and 11 miles from County Carlow Military Museum.
