**Review of Crowne Plaza Hotel, Haifa** I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Haifa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location on one of the most beautiful streets in Haifa, making it easy to explore the area. The dining options exceeded my expectations. Both breakfast and dinner offered a variety of delicious dishes that were well-prepared and satisfying. It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. The staff was exceptionally friendly, flexible and generous. They offered to reimburse us for the room we didn’t use even though we didn’t cancel it on time, and allowed us to check out a few hours later.

The breakfast improved since June, but there is still a place for the improvements.

The location is wonderful, next to Metronit. 2 malls and a supermarket are nearby. The staff is ready to help and worry about each and every small detail.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. We booked a room with balcony and enjoyed the green view. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The covered parking is a great plus.

Very friendly staff speaking Swiss-German, helped me with an Arabic language, have a good library good mix of German/English/French literature, the most important for me was the Kawai piano downstairs. I'd better stay in such a lovely tiny Germany till the end of my life than in the real arrogant and unfriendly Germany I lived for 25 years.
