Very nice Fair priced accomodation overall- Walking distance to Levinsky Market bars and Florentine neighbourhood. The stay was easy, the staff was friendly and the building is huge and full of common areas that I could work from. I liked it :)

The location is excellent. Within 25 min walk from everything needed and desired, including cafes, restaurants, shopping, beaches etc. The building itself is just out of construction and all facilities are top notch. The Apartment is absolutely the best I ever rented in Israel. Large. Huge windows. New and clean furniture. Smart TVs in every room. A washing machine and a dryer. Nicely equipped kitchen area. And the most important thing (for me anyway) was the underground parking with ample spaces and reasonable pricing. All-in-all, strongly recommend for anyone considering.

Perfect location with lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Everything is within a walking distance. The staff was very friendly, sincere, and helpful. The room with the balcony was a great choice! The breakfast at a place right across the street is fancier and more satisfying than many fancy hotels we have stayed at.

The entire experience at the hotel was exceptionally good, the room was amazing (far better in all aspects from other hotel rooms we've stayed in). The fine design, the spacious room, the high-end atmosphere, the amazing pool on the roof and the excellent service by the hotel staff made our experience unforgettable. By far the best!

I liked my room. Some staff are amazing like Ariel, Lin, joseph, iliya &Vika, roma from the kitchen was great too; the security guard arthur helped me find my purse when i lost it. My cleaner julia was great.

recently stayed at Tayo Studios & Apartments in Bat Yam and was very impressed by its facility and overall experience. Modern and contemporary building. Rosa from the staff was absolutely phenomenal — she went above and beyond to make my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made a difference.

Spotlessly clean, easy check-in, owners very helpful about everything , logical price for the local standers (something good that the war has done is to lower the prices for accommodation in Tel Aviv). Good location. This is not my first time in this place. Very happily surprised by the new prices for this place. Safe for families and couples . Ofcourse I suggest it for business visitors . WiFi is excellent everywhere
