The dining experience is a gastronomic odyssey, a true symphony for the palate. Every dish presented was an epicurean masterpiece, rivaling the Renaissance splendor of Florence itself. The chefs here possess a divine touch, creating flavors so exquisite and ethereal that they seem almost impossible. It was culinary nirvana. Furthermore, the hotel’s bar is a sanctuary of sophisticated mixology. The ambiance is vibrant and elegant, the service flawless, and the libations are crafted with masterful precision. It was the perfect setting for exquisite relaxation However, the true lodestar of our magnificent stay was the incomparable Sara Olivieri. We wish to extend our deepest, most heartfelt gratitude to her. Sara is the very personification of grace, professionalism, and genuine warmth. Her attentive care and uncanny ability to anticipate our every need elevated our experience from memorable to legendary. She is an absolute gem and a credit to the Radisson brand. If you seek an oasis of flawless perfection in Florence, look no further. We await our return with bated breath.

Location and staff, especially Lorenzo who was so helpful and sweet. Taking photos of us , finding chargers, booking restaurants. . He is a big asset to the hotel .

Beautiful room, location was away from from the main city as we intended. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was cleaned daily. Cannot fault the service.

We stayed for three nights with our family and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made traveling with family so much easier. The breakfast was excellent every morning with plenty of options, and the staff truly stood out — super helpful, professional, and always kind. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the wellness area. The heated pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were all fantastic and very well kept. It was the perfect way to relax after long days out. Overall, a great stay and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended, especially for families looking for comfort and quality service.

Brand new hotel with a best location

the place is wonderful, very comfortable and elegant, the view is reliefing, and the restaurant is of high quality. There is free parking inside. Receptionists are very professional, kind, polite, and helpful. There is also an arab receptionist who was the sweetest and most helpful ever. We extended our stay for 1 more night through the hotel. Definitly staying there again in the future.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is very attentive and always willing to help and meet our needs. The breakfast is excellent and varied.

From the staff, to the location to Florence and the atmosphere, this was an amazing experience! Florence is at the top of my list of favorite places now!

The location is perfect just 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Previously a Palazzo the hotel is stunning, rooms light and airy and the view over the beautiful gardens was perfect What makes this hotel stand out is the staff who always go that little bit extra to make you feel welcome. Nothing is too much trouble, they set the standard for other Four Seasons around the world

Room was amazing and the staff were really helpful with any query we had about the place. 1 hour free use of the spa facilities which included a steam room and dry sauna. The food was excellent as well as the service.

We were lucky to get one of the few spots in the garage just around the corner. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast! A nice short walk to the main sights.

Hotel is amazing super clean and new photos don’t do the justice service extremely kind helpful and serve from the heart you can’t find hotels like that in the center worth the distance will stay here from now on
