I like the stuff of the hotel, especially, Anna, Alva and Sarah who were very helpful and nice to us.

Breakfast was excellent, room and was a good size and CLEAN. The staff was exceptionally co-operative especially a lady whose name if I remember correctly was Carolina. Besides her regular tasks, went out of her way to guide us to the different Touristic places and how to get there in and about the city of ROME. Thanks a ton CAROLINA and a big God bless. Breakfast has good variety. Eggs could have been more natural. Slight difficulty figuring out the coffee machine. Almost overfilled the cup. Room was very clean. Appreciated that window could be opened. Linens were very good, nice having extra blanket. Bathroom was very clean. would be helpful to have more space at sink for toothbrush, cosmetics. Missed bathtub.

the room is clean also the toilets clean and the balcony it’s spacious so its more room, and also the staff are good.

It was evident that the staff takes pride in their work, creating an atmosphere of positivity and professionalism. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining a spotless environment. The breakfast team was attentive and accommodating, happily fulfilling à la carte requests. The buffet offered an extensive selection, ensuring there was something for every taste. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always willing to assist with booking taxis at no extra cost—a thoughtful touch that enhanced our experience. Accommodations: The bedding was fresh, soft, and free of any unpleasant odors, which was particularly reassuring for someone with OCD tendencies. The daily restocking of the minibar with essentials like still water, tea, and coffee added to the overall comfort and convenience. During our stay over the Christmas period, we enjoyed the sunny weather by spending time near the pool area. Although the pool was closed, the space was pristine, offering stunning views enhanced by the beauty of lemon trees. Spa Experience: The spa team—Nawal, Mako, and Andrada—provided a truly luxurious experience. Their personalized massage treatments were tailored to my specific needs, leaving me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Their professionalism and attentiveness were deeply appreciated. Overall, our stay at Cardo Roma was exceptional, and we are already looking forward to visiting again. A special thank you to Nawal, Mako and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable.

Very good place close to metro station so commuting was easy to Rome center. There are few restaurants and shops and a small lake nearly the area is so beautiful. Hotel is so clean and staff are very friendly and helpful room size was big as well toilet room.

By that I mean the accommodations are simple and very comfortable. We had everything we needed to shower including a really big towel. The beds are very comfortable and feel new with no sag. Even the sheets are crisp 100% cotton. A rare find. Don't let the simplicity deter you. The hotel is very quiet. Parking is very safe and offered good shade on a hot day. My small dog was welcomed and also enjoyed a good night's sleep. Great cappuccino in the morning. ☕️

Room was spacious and well equipped to the smallest details from body lotion to hair ties. Food was good, staff very helpful. I have asked for an iron and had an ironing table and the iron itself delivered to the room super fast.

It is a hotel located in eur area ,2 minutes walk distance from Roma 2 shipping mall , 10 minutes driving to the Castel Romano designer autlet

⸻ I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with a bus stop conveniently nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel is also very clean, and the housekeeping team does a fantastic job maintaining the rooms and common areas. The hot breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options to start the day. The reception staff was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist. A special thanks to Mr. Alic, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my stay. His hospitality truly made a difference! I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
