The hotel is very modern located right off the highway. The city center is about 10 minutes away. They have a restaurant on site that was a little pricey but we found a restaurant across the street that had great food (Gambrinus Ristorante Pizzeria). The hotel has plenty of parking available.

The staff was very accommodating, and then room was clean and tidy. Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed my stay here.

Yulia is a fantastic host, being able to help me with all my requests in order to discover the area. I am moving to this part of Italy in the next 2 years, so finding out about practical things like supermarkets, furniture stores, interesting and historical places to visit in the area and booking the most amazing restaurant for the Christmas lunch for my mum and myself, by using her personal contacts in the area, made our stay more then memorable.I have gained a friend for life, whom will be living only a 20 minute drive from my future home! Another important fact was the majestic view every single morning waking up seeing the Gran Sasso snow capped mountains in a not too far distance, from our room, was making the experience even more magical!

Super close to beach. For the whole trip I would say this place was the perfect stay for beach vacation. Easy access to beach with beds and umbrellas. Complete relax

Location was the best from all the hotels that I’ve traveled to when you get up in the morning you open the window and you see that ocean I could not take my eyes off the beautiful scenery in the villa was in a perfect location overlooking the ocean. The architectural was excellent. I was very very impressed. Looking forward to go back the next couple months.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great for exploring up and down the Silvi coast on foot and is easily accessible by foot from the train station. The room was large, clean, and comfortable! Breakfast was good quality and offered a lot of variety.
