Don't be like me and make sure to read the description and amenities before to book! However the team, including Maddalena and her son was very warm, polite, accommodating and helpful. The property is quite far from the center of Sienna, and it makes it hard to reach if you do not have a car but the landscape is gorgeous.

Amazing stay. The Villa was built in the 1700s and perfectly restored. Within walking distance from Sienas city center. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff is extra attentive. Giacomo was exceptionally helpful and made our stay more than memorable, sharing tips for great places to eat (had our best meal in Italy) and useful information as well as depth on Italian culture. Would totally recommend to stay here, stop looking and book.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Good breakfast, the mattress is fine. You can walk to the city centre, use the bus or with your car. Madalena and the reception staff are very helpful. If I return to Siena, I would book this hotel again.

We loved this out of the way family run hotel - great location, wonderful hosts, amazing food (Mama is a great cook everything was excellent), the room had a good view with a private balcony and the best shower 😊. They accommodated our bikes in a private storage.

An absolutely beautiful location and very quiet, great for a peaceful getaway. A working farm hosted by very friendly and welcoming people. We had a well equipped apartment with shared laundry available, and a beautiful, resort style pool. Their wine is great too! Met some lovely regulars who have been returning for years, which is always a great sign. Would love to go back one day.

The Villas park was amazing, great for Kids to play. The vila is very old, But it has everything you need. You get the tuscany vibe very quickly. The surroundig is very peaceful. 17 minute drive from busy Siena.
