Large well-appointed room. Comfy bed. Rain shower and tub. Tasty breakfast with good variety. Small gym with machines. Allowed early check in and kept luggage after check out. Close to centro historico and walkable to train station. Probably the best hotel in town, rather luxurious. Would definitely return.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the old town. Staff are kind and helpful. They have a storage area for bikes if you need it. Breakfast was great. Drink the espresso or cappuccino from the bar, not the machine. They didn't charge extra. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and well equipped with convenient location. The entrance lounge provided ample comfortable seating to relax and people watch. The best thing about the hotel was seeing Alina’s big smile and uplifting attitude each morning for breakfast, she was the most polite and friendly employee we interacted with each day. Perfect to arrive after a long train ride and have a short stop at Grosseto. The Hotel is literally 1 minute away from the train station. The personel in the Hotel was very helpful as well to any of my doubts and needs. The breakfast was simple but still met its value. Simplicity is good too.
