This place is one of the most beautiful places we stayed in on our trip! We booked it in the last minute and were blown away by it. First, the host, Giusy, is absolutely wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was so nice and kind and literally made us feel like we are with an old friend. Second, the room was beautiful, breakfast was great as well, but most impressive was the view! oh what a view! It was out last night in Toscany and we couldn't ask for anything more! We literally were thinking of gatekeeping this place and not telling anyone about it so we can keep it all to ourselves, but we just couldn't be so cruel :)

Our host is a precious lady! This is the best AirBnB type location I’ve ever stayed! We hope to return here next year and book all the rooms for our group! The space is clean and well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for walking to eat and shop as well as drive to great places such as Elba Island, Florence and Pisa. The breakfast could not have been better! This is definitely a top notch place!

The property is rich with history and beautifully renovated and decorated. The location allowed us to experience life in a thirteenth century city, from waking to tolling bells from the basilica to evening walks through charming and friendly streets. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating and ensured a comfortable visit.
