My family loved this hotel. The location was perfect as it's a short walk to both the train station and the beach. The service for breakfast and coffee was excellent. The bikes were convenient.

I truly felt like I was in paradise here. From the moment I arrived, I couldn’t believe how beautiful the surroundings of the accommodation were. A stunning garden leads you to the house, where the interior has been designed and perfected down to the smallest detail. It’s honestly difficult to describe in words, so I’ll let the photos I took there speak for themselves. The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and always accommodating and willing to assist with anything. I had dinner here twice, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Only later did I notice the Michelin star sticker from 2019 displayed on the door, which explained a lot. The room itself was modest but perfectly sufficient for my needs and always spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. My goal was to hike the trails from Monterosso al Mare all the way to La Spezia, and I successfully completed it. For the return journey, I always used the train, which runs very frequently, and the station in Bonassola is conveniently close to the accommodation. I left my car parked in the lot right next to the accommodation for my entire stay. The parking area is secured with a barrier and locked gate during the night, and it’s completely free of charge. I would truly like to thank everyone for everything. I enjoyed my stay immensely and honestly have no complaints at all. It was an unforgettable experience that I will remember for a very long time, and I sincerely hope we will meet again one day. Thank you once again to everyone for your kindness and hospitality.

We were graciously upgraded from our glamping tents to a luxurious suite cabin, complete with a private hot tub and patio. This thoughtful gesture made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The spa facilities were nothing short of magnificent. The Turkish baths, sauna, cold water bucket dip, and hot tub provided a rejuvenating experience that left us feeling refreshed and pampered. The restaurant, with its jaw-dropping views, served fresh and delicious food that tantalized our taste buds. Our waiter, Philippo, provided impeccable service, making us feel right at home. The dinner was magical, with the food, the view, and the service coming together to create an unforgettable experience. The staff, fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, ensured a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, our stay at Sesta Terra was amazing, and I highly recommend this nature spa escape to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious retreat.

the location is very nice with a great view

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Toilets are very clean. The mountain view is something you want to see in the morning . With the low price room I wasn't expecting such tasty and elegant breakfast. In all aspects they exceeded my expectations.

The town and beach were beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so very much. The access to the beach and proximity to the train station were fantastic. The breakfast was excellent.

A family-run hotel for 3 generations, this excellent hotel/restaurant is in top shape, with clean, modern rooms and bathrooms. The family is very welcoming, and we enjoyed the delicious homemade food: fresh pasta dishes, desserts, good breakfast and cappuccino. We had cocktails on the sunny veranda. The location is stunning: beautiful and quiet. It’s a 45 minutes drive from the train that goes to Cinque Terre. After all the crowds, it’s great to retreat to Tavarone. We will stay longer next time.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and had a great vibe. And… because we had a check out early on the last morning, they offered to make us a sandwich for our early train 😎

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the valley. The bathroom was a good size, though the shower was a bit small. Breakfast was average, but the staff went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The restaurant and bar are highly recommended, especially after exploring Cinque Terre. The location is truly magnificent, with the train station easily accessible by the hotel’s shuttle, and the hotel facilities are excellent for relaxing. Special mention goes to Frankie at the reception desk—his knowledge of the area, proactive attitude, and natural warmth made a lasting impression.

Definitely do the dinner if they serve during your stay. The food is so good it has a magical quality. The rooms are comfortable and the AC is good!

It was very close - walking distance- to the train station, which made it the perfect homebase for our cinque terre adventure. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is great, thank you Chiara for all the wonderful recommendations, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. There are free bikes to discover the town and its surroundings. Highly recommendable!
