Clean, spacious, airy apartment in a prime location - in the historic district but also steps away from one of Oria’s 2 main plazas. Countless cafés, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. As others have noted, the 2 terraces overlooking the castle and city are amazing (and more beautiful than the photos suggest). I stayed during the Torneo and could see and hear all the action when I wanted but have peace and quiet downstairs. Katia is the best hostess, always checking in, and provides little touches like bottled water, cooking supplies, shower gel, excellent wifi, and a full-length mirror.

It was a quiet location which provided easy access to different areas of Puglia provided you have a car as public transport is very restrictive. The area has several good restaurants, especially Il Saraceno and Ristorante Cafe' Deco these provided excellent food and a friendly family atmosphere

Oria feels like an undiscovered gem.

Oria feels like an undiscovered gem. It's kind of sleepy, particularly during the day. We were there in the week before their Palio, and things started to pick up prior to this summer festival, but at times it felt like the town was ours alone. The castle is magnificent, the Giardino Montalbano is beautiful and mysterious, the church is impressive and the crypt with preserved mummies is unique. Finding a place open for lunch or dinner that meets your desire and timeframe can be difficult but it's part of the fun. It doesn't pop like Ostuni or some other towns, but it is so charming and has a fraction of the tourists.

Simple but well kept and modern facility. Room was quite spacious, clean, nice bathroom, I was in Oria for a wedding, travelling alone so I did not need elaborate accomodation- just a place to rest and sleep, 10 minute drive or 1 hr walk from Oria (although even taking back round about 300 m of the walk is along a busy highway, so I would not walk it from dusk to dawn. But there is nothing owner can do about that, so although I like to walk places, I would recommend car. Owner was very helpful- we worked out the language thing.

This was a great choice for our stay in Oria ! We were met by Katia the owner who showed us the apartment on arrival. She was very kind , and had left some water and various items for us. The apartment is very large and the bed is super comfortable.The highlight of the apartment is of course the terrace with the incredible view of the castle. I would always come back as this is a real experience in Oria and the area. Thank you Katia!

Very spacious apartment, with it's own laundry machine and clothes' lines. Great views, good terrace. Located on a quiet street and well protected from street noise. The bed was comfortable. The place was available for early check-in on short notice. It is located close to the Temple of Messapian Demeter and Persephone. The civic centre and other sites of Oria are very close.

The hosts are very kind and helpful. They offer two locations—one near Latiano, the other near Oria. We stayed in a fully equipped house in a garden near Oria. However, they also showed us the second house, which is also very nice, with a beautiful olive grove. We can definitely recommend it.
