So amazing. Will not disappoint. The history and the grounds makes it a very special place to stay.

What a great hotel! We were welcomed with open arms by a very cheerful and accommodating staff. Parking was a breeze- directly across the street- very much appreciated! This is why you stay outside the city walls! The big plus about this hotel is that it’s only a few steps from these unbelievable escalators that go up 5 flights to the old city! Convenient, easy and no stress!!!! Breakfast is typical Italian hotel fare. There is a hotel restaurant which is fine and very reasonable. Closed on Sunday night. Nice little garden to sit and sip wine. You can get espresso/cappuccino all day in the lobby. Very nice! Good elevator. Very clean in all areas. Slept ok, but we were on the road side- occasionally noisy. Ask for a room at the back. Bed could have been more comfortable. Great shower! A special shout out to Andrea who was ever present, helpful and made great espresso!

Everything was wonderful. Only complaint was the lack of an elevator but I guess climbing the stairs was probably good for us. The walk into the city to IL Campo was amazing and not too far but uphill and challenging for my old body! Breakfast was great.

It was great, Maria that welcomed us to the property was really nice and kind. She gave us some really nice tips. We love it.

This property was excellent at every level . It was accurately described on booking .com . Our room was spotless and the modern lighting and keyless entry perfect . The stay however was particularly wonderful due to the manner and service of Sara . She was in touch with us before we arrived and her manner on meeting us was so welcoming . She assisted us with booking taxis and dealing with some mislaid items from a previous hotel / although there is no breakfast at the hotel there is an excellent t local cafe less than 10 away where you eat with the locals . Thank you we felt like well looked after guests

Perfect location. Awesome personnel. Luggage storage is available. They even allowed us to leave our baggages for more days.

This place is spectacular! A beautiful building, stunning gardens, excellent staff, great food. Well located close to the town with ample parking. Also bed was comfortable and the room was lovely.

Location is amazing, great place for walking/biking/travel by car. Great room, great wine and restaurant Highly recommended. Will stay again no questions.

The garden, the pool, the sense of history, the views of the Tuscan valley. The restaurant meal was also fantastic. The staff were great. Overall a relaxing place and a fantastic experience.
