We stayed in the cabins which were fine for my family and I. They fit two per cabin. Beds were comfy and had heat / AC if you needed. The owners were great and accommodating and the breakfast was amazing.

Hotel Due Leoni is in Sacile’s center, about 1 hour from Venice and Udine by train or by car. It offers free access to its gym and rooms with flat-screen TV.
