Good accommodation for anybody looking to visit Lerici at an acceptable price. Although it is also doable by foot, the beach is easily accessible by bus, with the bus stations being situated near the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was enough to start the day and the owners were friendly.

Exceptional staff and location. Great food at their restaurant and gave fantastic recommendations for visiting locations while staying. Loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Parking was a necessity and they met that perfectly.

Nice comfortable room, amazing view, excellent breakfast

The location is perfect, if you don't mind doing some exercise. To go to the town you can use the stairs that are across of the hotel. You will be down in less than 10 minutes. From the hotel you have gorgeous views of the sea and the castle. The staff is very friendly like Paolo and the breakfast is fresh . I will come back for sure.

I stayed here for one night in a twin-bed room, while visiting Cinque Terre next day. It’s not in the middle of things and that’s why it worked for us. Sleep, breath, then you go back into the crowds. What stood out: - Calm location – 15 km from La Spezia Centrale (easy if you’re driving and using the train for Cinque Terre) - Free parking - Large shared terrace – each room has its own space with lounge chairs, (+ chairs and table). We had dinner there, overlooking Lerici, beautiful view, fresh air - Spotless room – everything clean, no exeptions - Comfortable bed and mattress - 10/10 - Modern design – stone + wood, simple, modern, minimalistic, new - Shower – big, spa-like, modern, clean - All-day breakfast corner – we had cake and fruit in the evening when we arrived - The staff is super nice and warm. We left early next day (the buffet opens at 8), but they still invited us to have a generous breakfast, the coffee was excellent too. Things to know (not negatives, just context): No restaurant on-site - nearest grocery store (1 km) You need a car Distance from La Spezia trains station (big parking lot) is about 15 km

Exceptional views, breakfast and staff

Where do I start?! This place was amazing from the wonderful staff who were so receptive, kind and helpful to the great rooms with a great price tag. There was even breakfast provided for a great price. I was traveling for two weeks through Italy and stayed in a different place every day except when we came upon Hotel Gratzie. It was such an amazing place located in a quiet, non-touristy, beautiful part of town. The experience was so good and the location was so good that my girlfriend and I decided to stay another day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager already knew my name and immediately told us about some of the best dinner places around, sights to see, and places to visit during our stay. We were checked in within a few minutes, and we had an early check-in which they graciously allowed us. This is the only hotel in Italy that I specifically marked on google maps so that I could return on my next trip. It was one of those places where you somehow know deep down inside that you will be back in the (hopefully near) future. Thank you Hotel Gratzie for your kindness and helpfulness during our stay. You truly run a fantastic business and I hope to see you again soon!

A wonderful location across the road from the beach. This hotel had everything including a great breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. It is very nice. The bar on the roof has a beautiful view

The views were fantastic, the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast worth every euro! the staff was so accommodating that they were friendly an d assisted us with several requests and information on the area. we will be back! If you have a chance, stay here!

The property is charming. Cozy and well maintained

Hosts were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. On-site parking was great. Room was very clean and plainly furnished, but more than acceptable. Breakfast was very good.

This place is amazing! This was our first stop on a 10 day trip to Italy, and we selected Lerici as a quiet place to start. We stayed in one of their superior rooms (don't remember the category name) and it did not disappoint. We had a balcony on the top floor with an amazing view (there is a lift). The breakfast was good - could have used a tad bit more variety, but still good. We did not eat the restaurant for dinner. You will definitely need a car to get to Doria, although we didn't use it again once we were there. Everything in town is walking distance, from church to restaurants to the ferry. Amazing stay.
