This place is great because it is inside nature. We stayed in a roulotte and were surrounded by trees. There is a good supermarket with everything (basic) you need, otherwise there is a bigger supermarket 10 minutes away. There are good restaurantes too. The swimming pool area is very clean and comfortable. Perfect for children.

We received truly royal handling at breakfast, with lot of hand-made stuff. The room was huge, very newish and everything worked properly. We have been in Italy for a week and stayed in 4 or 5 hotels and this one was the only one where the toilet was not leaking.

Stayed there for one night during a bike trip. They already had a lot of bikes but still managed to find room for ours. Location, room, and breakfast were very good, and the hosts very welcoming.

I was lucky this was one of the very few choices for a hotel that had left by the time I booked my trip - I might have missed this gem otherwise! I had already read the stellar reviews about the place but it surpassed my (already high) expectations. Of course the hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and small but well equipped with everything that's necessary for a comfortable stay. It also has views towards the inviting sea or towards the hill with the castle on top that looks like it was taken out of a too-good-to-be-true book about Tuscany. Still, what beats all of this is the care of Elena and Roberta who are there as if to welcome you into their home. They are kind, caring, helpful with the logistics, and always carry a smile! When we left, we felt we were leaving our friends who'd hopefully wait for us to return. If I find my way back to Castiglione, I will run to this place. Until then, I recommend it to those finding their way there in the meantime!

Everything but especially the staff! Without exception everyone who worked there was hospitable, friendly, helpful! The facility was amazing from the hotel to the beach to the amazingly designed pool. The restaurant was lovely and the food exceptional.

The hotel grounds were very nice and spacious. The pool is huge and inviting. We got upgraded to a room with a partial sea view overlooking the pool area. The newly remodeled rooms are great, plenty of room, and the bathroom was huge with 2 sinks!!! Very nice. The beach club which is included with the room was also great, We were there the first week of September, so after the summer crowds have gone, which was nice and very quiet. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, especially one of the the ladies, I forgot her name, she was super sweet!

Location was fantastic! The owners and the entire staff were an absolute delight! Kind,Warm & Very accomdating. Traveling solo with limited command of the Italian language, i was made to feel right at home. The last night here, I chosed to have dinner at the hotel. So glad i did. Its a real Italian family experience. Cant wait to come back..

I liked how friendly the staff were to us. They were very welcoming and helpful. The view from our room was gorgeous. The walk was very close to the beach and the city. The room was air-conditioned and the Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was also very good, and lots to choose from. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
