i like the place/ location very near train station near to the white sand beach.

I liked everything. This hotel and its staff are a real jewel. The bedroom was clean and spacious with air conditioning, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was big with a beautiful shower. The staff was kind and professional, always ready to listen to you and give their support. Breakfast was really delicious! I will definitely choose it again for my next trips to Rosignano

excellent price/benefit. location is great, free parking in front of the hotel, 2 blocks away from the beautiful public beach with bars/restaurants in the vicinites. the area around is very residential so its pretty quiet at night. i got a room just for myself at first floor, extremely clean and tidy. pretty spacious (for a small room) with double bed. Bathroom small, tight but superb clean. organized and shiny clean. probably the best shower i had in this budget. Staff is super welcoming and conforting. Restaurant under the rooms has good food, clean and kind staff. i was very positively surprised with this hotel. super recommend.

The hotel was cozy and beautiful. It was less than a minute walk to the beach and had a beautiful view of the water.

We loved the location, right on the water. It was very relaxing to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Our hosts were very friendly and breakfast with freshly made cappuccinos each morning was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the private terrace to enjoy our wine each evening.

Close to beach. Good black out curtains, rooms dark at night. AC worked well. Option for breakfast on site .

This was so close to the beach and super convenient. The rooms were also good value and the breakfast had a surprisingly large selection of pastries, fruit, and protein.

Perfect place if you want to chill and relax. Hotel is super clean, located in a small village next to the sea and we received more than expected ! You have big pool with jacuzzi, beach is around 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Free parking for cars. Super friendly staff. Nothing to complain !

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable hotel in the quaint village of Quercianella. Good breakfast and free parking. The hotel even had a private beach area behind and below the park. I could see the sea from my room (#14). And, for the price, you couldn't have asked for anything more!

We stayed at Hotel Villa Margherita for one night on our way from northern Italy to Rome, expecting just a simple stopover hotel. Instead, we were pleasantly surprised to discover a charming and enjoyable place. The room was excellent, the staff was friendly, and our late check-in went very smoothly. Breakfast was good and varied, and the beautiful sea view and proximity to the water really made the difference. Definitely recommended.

The property was a pension and was like being a guest in an amazing home with wonderful hosts. Breakfast was also incredible. What a way to start the day. And then a short walk to the sandy beach. And even shorter walk to stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

centrally located to town and the beach

We had access to a private beach area. You get your own beach umbrella and lounge chairs along with acces to the adjacent beach areas. The room was modern and very clean! Many restaurants within walking distance. A great intro to italy after a long plane flight! Very enjoyable!

Great quiet hotel in centre of town and so close to the most beautiful beach in Tuscany or even maybe all of Italy (white beach). Clean, comfortable and quiet. Safe place to keep your bike. Breakfast was lovely.
