The host, Salvatore, was exceptional! Very responsive to special requests, very kind and accommodating. I unfortunately only speak English, but Salvatore - and everyone else I met in the village - was very gracious and willing to communicate with google translate assistance. The village of San Lorenzo Bellizzi is stunningly picturesque nestled in the mountains and very quaint. I arrived on a Monday night and found the restaurants closed because it was Monday. Salvatore contacted a local grocer/baker to come open her shop so we could get some amazing food and drink, and incredible home baked bread, to bring back to the airbnb, and we feasted. We even got some delicious, local homemade wine! The shop owner, Carmela, was equally gracious and accommodating. Salvatore remained available during our entire stay and guided us with any questions we had. He was very helpful and even introduced us to locals with a common background that we were able to connect with. The area is so beautiful! We ate at Trattoria Pino Loricato. The proprietor Antony was so welcoming, and the food was plentiful and amazing. Whether you are there to hike, mountain bike, explore your heritage or just enjoy a long, relaxing lunch at a restaurant overlooking breathtaking views of the mountains, you will not be disappointed.

We got lost getting to this location and the owner waited for a long time for us to arrive and was very accommodating and helpful and getting us established in a space. It was an apartment that was fully equipped. We loved being in the center of this little town and learning about the area which was tucked into a mountain range with beautiful scenery.

This is a brand new establishment, and it shows as everything is brand new. The owners are very attentive, and the breakfast they serve is all from ingredients grown or made in their farm. They also have a shop in the center of the village and we enjoyed shopping there as well. Great experience and great people!

It’s clean, spacious room, well located since it is in the city entrance it is easy to get in and out. There is parking space near.

The host, Devorah, was very nice and welcoming, and the breakfasts she serves are enormous and probably the best breakfast we had in Italy. The B&B is set in the old-town area and only a 1-minute walk to the Civita town square, so really well located. All the rooms have balconies overlooking a beautiful valley, which really adds to the experience.
