The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast was simple but okay, and overall I had a good experience.

We booked the Junior Suite as we were three adults, and it was the perfect choice. The room was modern, exceptionally spacious, and very comfortable. One feature that really impressed us was that, because of the room's size, it had two air conditioners facing opposite directions. This kept the entire suite cool and comfortable at all times The breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty options. The hotel's location was also ideal—close enough to easily walk to Bari Vecchia, yet situated in a quieter area, providing a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The location is great, 2 minutes away from the train station, with many connections and near restaurants and shops. The staff was really nice. We also received a free drink at checking-in and free umbrellas for the rainy days. The breakfast was great. The rooms were very clean. We will definetely book again if we come back to Bari.

This place is wonderful! All the team is really kind and full of smiles. The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel, huge delightful shower and wonderful bed. They let us check in very early after the ferry arrived which was so helpful. The water and snack a wonderful touch. Only a 5 minute walk into the old ville - truly great place to stay. Got a fantastic deal on booking.com so the value was perfect, particularly in peak season. Make sure you add your whatsapp number to the booking as they'll send the room details there.
