Simply the best hotel I’ve been to in my life, The farm to table food is excellent. The staff is the most welcoming I’ve seen before and the gardens are something from a movie. The bikes give you the chance to visit the farm and the animals which are very well treated. The breakfast as well, simply lovely.

I want to start by praising the in-room facilities and overall atmosphere of this hotel. The flooring has a subtle warmth that’s hard to describe—it’s incredibly comfortable even when walking barefoot. The walk-in closet and bathroom are separated from the bedroom by a partition, providing a strong sense of privacy and security. My room also featured a small window facing the hotel’s garden; opening it felt like stepping into spring. The walls were decorated with refined, countryside-inspired artwork, blending a sense of timeworn charm with rich cultural aesthetics. All the room amenities were modern and well-maintained. There was a separate hairdryer and refrigerator, and each room came with a complimentary bottle of water. From the bedroom to the towels, everything carried a light, charming fragrance that made the whole space feel warm and inviting. Moving on to the shared areas—the corridor leading to the rooms was quiet and peaceful. There was a designated area for local birds to nest, allowing guests to feel immersed in nature without any noise disturbance. Just outside the breakfast room, there was a large open lounge by the swimming pool with a wonderful view and a very relaxing atmosphere. A small path led from the accommodation area to a separate dining venue where I had an unforgettable dinner. The prices were reasonable, and the pasta was satisfying, but the braised beef was exceptional—rich with gelatin and perfectly tender. The service struck a beautiful balance between the warmth of a family-run eatery and the professionalism of fine dining. Lastly, and perhaps most memorably, after sunset we enjoyed stargazing from the public poolside area. Under the stillness of the Tuscan night sky, the hotel played gentle, classical music that added to the tranquil beauty of the night. We tried naming the stars, but eventually, it felt like none of that even mattered anymore.

I wanted to stay just 1 night but I added one night more because the place is so peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by the forest. Very welcoming staff, a special thanks to Valentina one of the owners, for her hospitality.

This was such a comfortable stay - the hosts were the best, and the breakfasts and family dinner they hosted were top notch. Mostly I really appreciated being made to feel at home. Also - views from the property were great and the room was comfy.

Lovely property, very comfortable rooms, attentive staff, beautiful surroundings, food at the restaurant was incredible. You won’t have a bad meal.

La Casa di Gigliola was amazing! The landlady is someone everyone should meet, she is amazing. The unit was perfectly located for touring Tuscano! Hishky recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Tasso9. During a bike trip, we decided to find a spot to stay, and we couldn't have chosen better. After many years of traveling this may be one of the best stays I have ever had. Excellent host, excellent breakfast, awesome home with wonderful rooms! We loved it and sincerely hope to make it back again. If you can add this to your trip, I highly recommend you do!
