The property was a pension and was like being a guest in an amazing home with wonderful hosts. Breakfast was also incredible. What a way to start the day. And then a short walk to the sandy beach. And even shorter walk to stores and restaurants. We would definitely come back.

excellent price/benefit. location is great, free parking in front of the hotel, 2 blocks away from the beautiful public beach with bars/restaurants in the vicinites. the area around is very residential so its pretty quiet at night. i got a room just for myself at first floor, extremely clean and tidy. pretty spacious (for a small room) with double bed. Bathroom small, tight but superb clean. organized and shiny clean. probably the best shower i had in this budget. Staff is super welcoming and conforting. Restaurant under the rooms has good food, clean and kind staff. i was very positively surprised with this hotel. super recommend.

I liked everything. This hotel and its staff are a real jewel. The bedroom was clean and spacious with air conditioning, the bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was big with a beautiful shower. The staff was kind and professional, always ready to listen to you and give their support. Breakfast was really delicious! I will definitely choose it again for my next trips to Rosignano

The staff was amazing. We arrived past our check in time and they were able to check us in and make us dinner after a long day of riding our bikes. They even made us sandwiches for the next day to take with us on our bikes. It was an amazing stay at this property.

We had access to a private beach area. You get your own beach umbrella and lounge chairs along with acces to the adjacent beach areas. The room was modern and very clean! Many restaurants within walking distance. A great intro to italy after a long plane flight! Very enjoyable!

The location is great. It's calm and relaxing to be around here, away from all the touristic stuff. Besides that, the Tuscany/Toskana country side is easily accessible from this location. I enjoyed walking around the village and the drives around this place on country roads. Famous Tuscany villages like Volterra & San Gimignano are around 30 minutes to 1 hour drive from this place. PS: I do not know how calm the surroundings will be, if the hotel is fully occupied.
