Air conditioning was turned off by the director and room was 26-27 throughout evening. The balcony door was only source air and not able to engage a partially secured opening. Bath fan very noisy.

Pretty standard and typical hotel, satisfied all my needs. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the AC was nice and strong.

Location is perfect right in the middle of San gimignano. We booked a room with terrace and was totally worth it, the view is breathtaking. Room was big and comfortable. We parked our car in the parking lot p2 and it was 15 eur for 24 hours.

The country is beautiful and very unique. The hotel itself is lovely and exceptionally clean. The owner is a wonderful person who truly cares about providing the best experience for her guests. Upon arrival, she explained everything about the area and gave us great tips on how to enjoy our time. She even provides a special discount for certain places in the city and has her own custom map that includes all the must-visit spots along with their operating hours, which was incredibly helpful. Luggage storage is available Nearby parking is available Very close to the bus station I highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect. We were a group of 11 people, and every single one of us was satisfied and happy with the stay.

Literally the best location in the center of town with very comfortable bed a duvet 2 pillows each a bathtub which I loved after walking 24 km. Fabulous breakfast with eggs made to order and bacon. Wonderful accommodation lots of history with a modern amenities

Wonderful little hotel. Everything very very clean and modern. The food at the restaurant was to die for, we really enjoyed the pasta! The staff is very friendly, especially the bar/restaurant lady.

The property is a quiet and very nice villa with an incredible view to a valley with olive and grape plantations. On the horizon you can see San Gimignano’s towers. The location is perfect since it is near to some of the main sites to visit in Tuscany (san giminiano, volterra, pienza, crete senesi, bagno vignoni). The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are top notch, and the wine selection is extensive. The staff is outstanding, Chiara on the front desk helped us plan our stay and make the most out of our days at Tuscany. Paola and Laura, who run the hotel, are incredibly nice people and were very welcoming. We will visit again someday.

The hotel is really clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and open to help. It’s a perfect option for who wants to go to the nearby winery and also they can arrange a shuttle service to drive the guests to the nearby towns. What a great stay!

Good location close to San Gimignano. Breakfast was good and the on site restaurant was delicious. Good recommendation from the staff for local wine tasting at Il Palagione and dinner at Perucá in San Gimignano.

I spent 6 nights in this villa with my partner. Amazing location and the staff was great. Perfect location from where to explore the whole Tuscany. The room was clean and the view from the room was like from a movie. The whole property is like a fairytale, so beautiful, scenic, serene, and peaceful.

Beautiful property, beautiful view and great location. The rooms are comfortable, modern and well equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful as well. The hotel is a short walk from town providing some great relaxation. Would highly recommend!
