Massaro the owner was very hospitable. We arrived late and with no food and we had been advised that off season there would be no food. But Massaro whipped us up a tasty dinner and we had a good time together. The room was comfortable and warm.

The building looked brand new. The onsen was very nice, and was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel for my trip. The free table tennis was a nice bonus, and the rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also nice with a variety of foods.

The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. They were accommodating of my requests. The location is great, close to everything. Nice breakfast and clean facilities. All in all very good value for the price. Some people complained in other posts about the beds being hard so I had that concern but actually I thought they were ok, soft but firm, just right, I slept fine.
