This was such a wonderful getaway. Very relaxing, great food and staff. Booked for 2 nights and ended up extending for 2 more.

Located above a small restaurant and near a Family Mart. Also located close to the Saraku Sand Bath Hall (10 minute walk). Facility and rooms were clean.

Located right in front of the shore, guests at Ibusuki Phenix Hotel can enjoy "Sunamushi" sand hot-spring baths and request for relaxing massages.

The interior (lobby area) had a Hawaii atmosphere. The hotel had a large souvenir shop, with snacks and drinks. We had half board included, and had a nice meal in the evening including drinks. The kids got a kids meal plate. We tried the sand-bath at the hotel, nice experience. For us it was included in the price. It was raining, but we still used the outdoors pool. The rooms had comfortable sleeping mattresses (on the floor) instead of hard futons. It was very OK altogether.

Guests at Ibusuki Kaijo Hotel can enjoy indoor hot spring baths and a "Sunamushi" mud bath made from sand mixed with steam from hot-spring water.

We stayed here when starting a bike packing trip. The staff were very accommodating with the bikes, and helped us send luggage to our next hotel. The room was comfortable and the view of the sea was amazing.
