The beds were comfortable, great view, clean

The hotel has a great location and the staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony and all the amenities you need - including a washer, which is super convenient especially when you need to rinse out swimwear. You can also get complimentary coffee and other drinks in the lobby. Highly recommend!

Quiet neighborhood, good food walking distance, and close to ocean

The room was clean and cozy. The view of the seawall was perfect. The location was great close to bars and restaurants.

Absolutely loved the room. The beds were comfy, there was so much space, and we loved that the hotel thought of everything to make it comfortable. They had silverware/chopsticks in the drawers, a rice maker, in-room washer/dryer, and even had detergent for the washer!

Conveniently located right across the wedding venue I was attending to so the location is great. All the design was pretty and detailed. Like the atmosphere. Furnitures were comfy.

It was absolutely wonderful! The location, the breakfast, the staff, the room! Everything! Yukiko was extremely helpful in providing options for our grandchildren traveling with us. Everyone was welcoming and although not my first stay here, the Beach Tower proved they do not change with time, every stay has been great and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Okinawa!!

The only place that needs a slight improvement (for westerners) is the bathroom module is a bit small. The design of the toilet needs to be a little bigger. Everything else is fantastic and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to American Village, Aeon Mall, Home Center, and a variety of restaurants. Plus, I loved being able to see the sea from my hotel room terrace! The breakfast offered was delicious and exceeded my expectations, especially considering the affordable price of the hotel. There's also an Italian restaurant on the first floor that is both fantastic and budget-friendly. It’s a great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. I will definitely be booking again this year! If you’re looking for a great place to stay that combines cleanliness, friendly service, and a satisfying breakfast, Cococious Monpa Hotel is the perfect choice!

the room space is quite large, walking distance to America village, with parking space, and only charge 550yen per night, which is very nice! reception staff are kind and helpful.
