Absolutely elegant traditional style Japanese hotel. Every element was thoughtful and beautiful. Had dinner and breakfast, wonderful. Took a soak in the cedar tub which had a lovely smell from the wood. Just a very cool experience.

The room was neat, clean, and warm. The toilet in the family room type was very hitech and clean. The shared bathroom was very clean and provided towels endlessly. The breakfast was very nice, healthy, and tastes great.

Great little hotel! Short walk to Shinkansen train, JR Line and bus station to see the Mishima Skywalk. Nice staff. Comfortable room with the usual many amenities associated w/Japanese hotels. Free coffee in the lobby, free ice cream on the 12th floor. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Didn't use it, but there is a 'Hot Spring Bath' on the 12th floor as well, looked relaxing.

I stayed there for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room free of charge. Thank you very much. The staff were very professional and kind. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. They also served a breakfast with a variety of choices, including Western and Japanese style options. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Our room was mountain facing which allowed us to watch the sunset behind Mount Fuji - absolutely spectacular! Right beside the main public transit station. Close to convenience stores and plenty of restaurants. The area felt less populated with tourists.

The experience of staying in the trees in a pod hung amongst the trees. The food was exceptional!! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The fire pit to toast marshmallows! The welcome drink and cake! Can't recommend it more highly as a wonderful experience.
