We had the most relaxing portions of our 6 week travel in Japan. The house is located in the middle of tea fields with beautiful surroundings. It is truly home away from home. The host is so incredibly hospitable. She helped us plan activities around the area, made train ticket reservations, booked taxis, drove us to and from train stations and attractions, and even took us grocery shopping and gave us rice and potatoes and picked lettuce from her garden for our dinner. Just incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. The kitchen is well stocked. We were able to cook up some nice dinners and felt really at home. We also really enjoyed the activities around the area. We went to a lovely tea museum, picked strawberries, walked on a 100-year-old foot bridge, and took a scenic locomotive. All great fun and relaxing in a rural setting.

Stayed a night wish it was longer honestly. Was a bit of a drive to get to this location from where we were but I enjoyed the secluded nature it had. Staff were amazing.

A shelf in front of the elevator where you can put your beverage, complimentary beverage service including alcohol from 3 pm till 9 pm, a mirror in the shower so you can shave.
