This place is truly special and beautifully secluded. Everything about it is charming – from the peaceful atmosphere to the breathtaking views. Watching the sunsets from the cliff was absolutely magical. It was the perfect spot for our honeymoon, and we only wish we had stayed longer. We’d definitely love to come back one day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and unforgettable escape!

Nice peaceful local hotel + public onsen. Almost no tourist at all, mostly senior citizens came here to enjoy onsen. Outside is windy as hell so outdoor onsen isn't available for us, but indoors are perfectly fine too. There's no shower room in the room, but everyone here came for onsen, so there's no need for that. Pleanty of room space and a little balcony to enjoy the view. They also have a space for our bike parking too!

I love this place! So many great places to explore nearby and the owners are the sweetest. They can give you lots of advice on what do and see. The onsen was very nice as well. It was nice to find an affordable, tradition ryokan in an amazing location.

This was the highlight of the holiday - a beautiful, thoughtfully renovated kominka with real useability. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in, really nice utensils and ceramics. The giant Japanese bath was a pleasure. The futons were comfortable, and the overall feeling was so wonderful. It was wonderful to do laundry and hang everything outside to dry in the breeze! The valley is green and quiet, we took lots of local walks. And also easy to drive to the coast and nearby town to shop. The owners are so friendly and delightful and brought us fresh fruit and vegetables from their farm nearby. Would love to go back!
