Spacious comfortable bed, room was warm and inviting during a snowy winter. Loved the decor! Singing tree in the entrance was hilarious! The room was spacious and comfortable and the desk was great. The bed was comfortable also. The spa bath and separate shower were gratefully used by us. There was free parking. There's a small kitchenette with limited utensils and a closeby convenience store. The onsite restaurant has good, basic and well priced food. Breakfast choices weren't vast but very adequate.

This was the nicest hotel I've ever been to. The beautiful entry way, the koi pond flowing through the hotel, the views from the rooms, the bilingual staff, and more. I was thoroughly impressed with the traditional dinner and breakfast. The event space was fun and inviting. The staff was some of the best I experienced on my trip.

Everybody there was so kind. Went above and beyond to make my stay there great. They called cabs for me and made sure the driver knew where I wanted to go. Room was authentic, clean, and well equipped. They brought a nighttime snack which was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. My first time at an onsen but I thought it was great !! My only regret was that my children weren’t with me to enjoy !!
