Wonderful onsen hotel. The baths were very pretty, with a large public bath and smaller baths for private use. Rooms were large and well sound-proofed. We slept very well here. Located in the beautiful Kirishima mountains. Access is best with a car, but we managed to find a bus which brought us there just fine. We did not try the in-house restaurant, but instead dined at (good) restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We warmly recommend this hotel.

We only arrived late and left early - but we had a better time than expected! The staff was super nice and helpful, we went to Onsen very late and had basically a private onsen for us since it was so late, and the area looked super lovely. We wished we had more time but had to catch an early flight

Yuki-san the owner of the guesthouse is one of the kindest and fun persons I met in Japan. Who cares so much of the well being of his guests. On top of that the guesthouse is so clean and cleaned by him everyday. Whenever you have questions you can ask him and he will help as much as he can. You can enjoy your stay and also if you like you can have nice and interesting talks about many topics with him. I will book this place at my next stay in Kagoshima again. 11 out of 10! Exceeded my expectations by far (:
