The Hotel has free parking. The facilities look good, and are quite quiet. I haven't tried the onsen, but it seems to only be used by older people. There is a welcome drink and the breakfast is from 6:30. The pillow in the room is very hard and it just one for two people sleeping, however, they have several options of pillows in the lobby so you can choose the one you like the most.

Everything clean, spacious room , really nice

The staff were super friendly. They spoke excellent English and helped us to find a place to eat dinner and to suggest places to go sightseeing.

Nothing to complain, really. The room is enormous, and they have pretty much everything, cleansing, oil, clean foam, etc. The breakfast service is super nice, this is absolutely a motel that focuses on privacy.

From breakfast to lunch and dinner at their private Teppanyaki room, every meal was a masterpiece, complemented by attentive and genuinely warm service. The restaurant staff set a gold standard, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out, and we cannot praise them highly enough. Additionally, the bell service team, especially the three gentlemen from Nepal, were nothing short of outstanding. They exemplify what it means to deliver world-class hospitality. Their kindness, efficiency, and readiness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. In fact, their impeccable service often compensated for areas where the front office fell short. Several fellow guests we spoke to while waiting for the shuttle bus also shared similar high praise for these individuals. They are truly the business card of this hotel and embody the very best of the JW Marriott brand.

Everything, hotel staff, cleanness, comfortable, hot spring bath, parking, gym, toilet. Have been in several 5* hotels, and I have to say this hotel is on my top list. Would love to stay longer. Good price too! Booked based on pictures: not disappointed.

Everything! Fabulous location and experience with an opportunity to get away from the city and enjoy Japan’s tranquility! The exceptional service, soy tour experience, and surroundings were fantastic! All details were attended to including, farm to table fine dining, refined finishes and comfort.

it was clean, quiet, near the horyunji temple. there is a bus stop close to the hotel so you can take a short bus ride from the train station. the room was clean with nice amenities. there was a nice public bath and the breakfast was delicious.

D-CUBE exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was delivered to our room at no extra cost, and they were kind enough to hold our luggage after check out so that we could explore Nara. I didnt get his name, but the staff member with fabulous nails was so kind and helpful, we really appreciate all of his efforts. Just note this place is not family friendly, but great for couples and friends! Would come back!

The location is excellent, very close to the Kintetsu station, and the price is quite competitive. The room was quite clean and fully equipped. Moreover, the bed is very comfortable. There is also a large enough table and a fancy chair for temporarily working.
