The room was neat, clean, and warm. The toilet in the family room type was very hitech and clean. The shared bathroom was very clean and provided towels endlessly. The breakfast was very nice, healthy, and tastes great.

Great little hotel! Short walk to Shinkansen train, JR Line and bus station to see the Mishima Skywalk. Nice staff. Comfortable room with the usual many amenities associated w/Japanese hotels. Free coffee in the lobby, free ice cream on the 12th floor. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Didn't use it, but there is a 'Hot Spring Bath' on the 12th floor as well, looked relaxing.

Beautiful view of Mount Fuji. Our room was mountain facing which allowed us to watch the sunset behind Mount Fuji - absolutely spectacular! Right beside the main public transit station. Close to convenience stores and plenty of restaurants. The area felt less populated with tourists.

Modern hotel, big comfortable apartment for 4 with fantastic view of Mt Fuji! Kitchenett included. Places to eat in the same building (we liked Tully's Coffee and a Japanese restaurant there). Location great, in front of Mishima train station. Coming from Kyoto, take the South Exit to the hotel, goes underground, walking distance, few minutes. Also Lawson and Family Mart nearby for groceries. Loved the Onsen facilities on the 14th floor, facing Mt Fuji :D

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city. Although the room was old, it was everything I needed: clean, perfect for a solo traveller, and comfortable. Laundry was 300 JPN per load, but this included detergent, which was very convenient. Staff were really friendly.
