I was very impressed whet the room in the hotel

Amazing staff, location is a little out there but not an issue, makes for a fun walk in the morning to the train station. Facility is comfortable and clean. Knowing some extremely basic Japanese will greatly help you out with the staff as they only speak Japanese. Overall great stay with an exceptional price.

The shuttle to kyoto station makes up for the distance from train station.

Nearby AEON department store and Bus stop directly to Okubo Station. Friendly staff onsen on site

The whole experience was seamless. Starting from Private car pick up at the train station to recommended activities. The staff were very attentive and professional. The hotel decor provided a calm atmosphere a result of attention to detail in architectural and interior design. The restaurant was not open but the staff arranged for a traditional Japanese breakfast on site. It was perfect and tailored to account for my food allergies. Many thoughtful quality amenities. In room beverages were above standard. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had a very peaceful relaxing stay for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Although right next to the train station (which was very convenient for travel), you could not hear the train in our room. It was nice waking up to the sound of birds on the cherry tree in our private courtyard. My first experience at an Onsen was pleasant because the hotel offered private time slots for bathing. The cooling room was magical especially at night. You can see stars on a clear night. The Kangetsudo Art Gallery on site provided a virtual reality meditation experience which was unique. I look forward to returning to Japan and Momoyama Onsen Tsukimikan.

Location from the closest was great and not far from the Fushimi Inari Tanisha, which is especially great if you want to visit at night or early morning to avoid the crowds. Overall area was pretty quiet and the was a retro game shop across the street.

Comfortable, close to a subway station, had tons of food options within ten minutes, staff was very helpful.

It was a nice inexpensive place to stay. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. It was not far from anything that I wanted to do.

To our surprise the property was a love hotel. However, the staff were extremely polite and friendly. Our room had a massage chair, TV, a jacuzzi in the bathroom and good quality toiletries. Another surprisingly thing was that the room locks were controlled by the staff, so you could not leave before ringing the front desk to unlock the door for you. But the stay was still really nice and we ended up extending our stay. The staff was also kind enough to store our luggage in the concierge area before our check-in time on the next day after we extended. The hotel was a 20 minute walk from a train station and a 10 minute walk from the bus stop, but the bus service stops quite early so plan you need to plan your trip accordingly or be ready to walk or take a cab at late hours. The room also had a smoking smell. We mentioned it to the staff and were provided with a room freshener promptly.

Very good and valuable hotel. So many free facilities : from candy to sand bath, pool... Loved it ! The room was really great! Just be sure that you entire Within the parking lot using the right elevator ;) now you have to go there to understand!
