This was my second stay here. This hotel is such good value for money. The rooms are so nice, I love the smart tv option and the onsen is so relaxing! My kids don’t want to leave the hotel whenever we go!

Solid classic Japanese business Hotel right next to, as you might expect, Niigata station. The building is definitely retro, there's still a phone with the round dialer in the lobby! However, I was mostly happy with the facilities, staff were great, and the rooms smelled fresh and were clean.

I had a spacious room and the breakfast was great 👍🏾💯

The stuff here is very nice polite very good explanation that had to help at this as they can. I love all the day that we stay here very nice. The room is so clean. The room like that I choose is the Japanese style. It's have 2 room inside, 1 bedroom and 1 the living room. I have to do my work go sleep late but it not disturb my family, they can sleep well. It's very near to the shopping center. Have family mart near here open 24 hour if that you need something in the night time. It's really worth it to stay here. Im recommend

The staff was very friendly and helpful, I didn't have an umbrella and they gave me one for free(it was raining🥹) The onsen was really nice. Free half serving of ramen and free ice cream bar was nice too!

The hotel is located near Niigata Station and the Bus terminal. And Bandai Shopping Area. A lot of Restaurants and Bar and Cafe are available near the hotel. Walkable distance!

Good room service. Good customer care and support. We had the large room with 2 beds, very spacious, it was great for our final packing of our suite cases before going to airport. Bidet was clean. We thought the light bulb was out so we called front desk, the maintenance man came right away and checked, said it was supposed to be like that, it’s when all the lights go off, that bulb will turn on. Great buffet breakfast with nice city view, worth it. A bit old style but has class, employees are professional. Check-in/out service counter on the 3rd floor, it has elevator. Parking on site for fee 800 yen. Close to station and eateries.

Location of old part of town, everything was walking distances

The sea view was amazing especially that morning, it was snowing. The breakfast was great with many varieties of foods. I love the omelette with cheese and ham freshly cooked, served with your friendly chef. All in all, thumbs up 👍 greatly appreciated, thank you Hotel Nikko for all your warm hospitality. We will definitely recommend and surely come back when we visit Niigata again 🙏😊

The breakfast meal was very good. I ate the breakfast meal at the restaurant every day.

Location was good, nearby the prefectural building. The breakfast was fine, it was a little different every day. Extra amenities were always available. You could buy tickets for the aquarium at the front desk. Parking was free and you got a free drink every night if you chose the eco option for cleaning.

Excellent reception staff who came up to greet us once we entered the hotel, and also guiding us to lifts/doors. Great breakfast spread as well, tasty coffee and was delighted to have some made to order specialty dishes.

It is what is it is a business hotel, in the middle of the city where you can comfortably spend the night in.

The hotel staff were welcoming and available even though we arrived at 10pm. The rooms were clean and warm. There was a good selection of Japanese and Western items at breakfast.

Easy to connect from station by a direct bus. Staffs are friendly and were supportive during breakfast time. Breakfast with onigiri was great.

Cheap. For its price, it is an insanely good hotel. Amenities of all sorts for free. Free breakfast and free public bath in the building next door. Standard cleanliness and all. You get a standard room at half the price.

Since I booked at the last minute I had to take a smoking room. But it was OK. They did their best. In Canada all rooms are non smoking.

Beautiful riverside view. While the hotel is a bit older, the room has been updated and is both clean and comfortable. It also has plenty of space! A short walk over the nearby bridge lets you have fun in restaurants, shopping areas, and the station. Breakfast was delicious and definitely worth the price.
