Great value! Great buffet breakfast with lots of healthy options. Rice (one day mushroom), noodles (stir-fried w a few veggies), miso soup that you can add dehydrated seaweed and tofu to that grows astronomically!, little sides of seaweed and veggies, egg, fresh salad, croissants, jam, yogurt with fruit, etc. And this special Kale w optional Milk drink. I didn't love it but my husband drank it. You gotta love a commitment to offering kale drink. They had a pillow bar with every type of pillow you could want. We stuck with the ones that came standard. Great little amenities bar with comb/brush, toothbrushes (soft, medium, and hard - though you should always use soft!), body scrubbing towel, Q-tips, face cleanser, etc. Small rooms just fit all that you need: bed, desk, chair, bathroom, TV, suitcase rack, shoe polisher, flashlight, good lighting, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner, etc. You could really show up here with nothing and be fine.

The onsen is a plus for me and I like that they give you free breakfast.

Great location near the train station. Great value. The rooms were much larger than other similar business hotels. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly reception staff.

The onsen on site was extremely good, it's worth staying there just for the onsen alone. We are grateful to the staff for bringing us three chairs to the room, because we were tired of spending time on the floor :-)

Location, breakfast and room is spacious.

We were only looking for a cheap one-night stay, but this place far exceeded our expectations. For the price, the value is outstanding. We had a small tub, free bath powders from the hotel, complimentary drinks, plenty of good restaurants nearby, and the station is just a three-minute walk away. would definitely want to come stay again.

Free drinks were awesome !! We came from tokyo and we have walked for a while under the sun so when we arrived that cup of Coca Cola was such a relieve, everything was clean and staff was kind

A very well maintained hotel across the street from the train station. The corner deluxe twin room had an amazing panoramic view of Shizuoka. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent (ice cream in three flavors!!!)

They have free dinner, beer and unli popcorn and free transpo. Staffs are very friendly even though it’s an old building, the amenities are still clean. They have a roofdeck where you can spot Mt. fuji. They are 10 min walk to Shizuoka station and the location is very nice if you want a quiet neighborhood.

. Though this hotel is a bit dated. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and staffs were friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic, we have a clear & beautiful view of mount Fuji and sun rise. They take care of many minute details, such as tooth brush and combs, hair tie and shavers, tea and coffee are all at the hotel lobby of which you could take it if you need them for free. The parking is free The breakfast is sumptuous and made with much care and attention, it is one of the best hotel breakfast I had. There are also some shops and restaurants within walking distance. With the rate we paid. We could never ask for more. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it :)

Super clean. Great Location (near Train Shizuoka Station) Near Restaurant + Convenient Stores Very Quiet Area. I stayed at the same Place in August 2024. I forgot the phone Magnetic PowerBank. I picked it up 4 months later (this Trip) December 2024. Very grateful to the staff

Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Close to train station.

I liked Town hotel for it's location. It was right near downtown where all the activity is. And it was very easy to walk to from the station. I spent an evening there meeting friends so it was really easy to get back to the hotel afterward.
