I loved that we had clothes to wear and slippers. I really loved that it was so clean and the rooms smell good! The complimentary ramen, ice cream and yogurt were really a good addition! The ramen tasted amazing! I also enjoyed the onsen and the outdoor onsen. It's so clean and regulated. I will definitely book in Dormy Inns next time! I was just recommended by my brother. THe service was also very exceptional!

Location, really near the station and no need to cross any intersection since it is connected via foot path. Good nearby places to eat.has communal bath. Check in and check out were quick. Staff were friendly and explain everything that is happening eg cleaning schedule, aircon maintenance . Has option to pay for breakfast

Great location with big luggage travelers and great place with many shopping areas. We don’t stay in echigo yuzawa because it’s a bit boring there. Nice to stay here and take Shinkansen every morning.

The all-you-can-eat breakfast included in our stay was amazing (many Japanese options and some western ones, too, something for every/anyone)! Staff was very friendly, location was super convenient, and we were able to enjoy our time in the area with confidence!

We stayed in a beautiful room, that was specious and well designed. The shower was fantastic, and having a built in washer and dryer was the cherry on top! Breakfast was delicious, and dinner was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

Such a cute and original hotel. It had a nice family run vibe and felt authentic. I loved that it was so close to the station - really good access.

Spacious room with two beds, small bathroom, had the standard onsen tub/shower. Small refrigerator was handy, a small pot and hotplate to make hot water for tea/coffee. Very nice Japanese breakfast buffet was included, added value to the stay. Location is hard to find, it is inside a building, floors 3 thru 5, has an elevator. Decent walk from JR station, a nice park around the castle ruins. Area around train station is covered two tier walkways, interesting wander.

Amazing onsen and spa with beautiful rooftop views, in room amenities such as massage chairs, tv in the bath, cup noodles. Delightful happy hour and great customer service.

The hotel very near to Takasaki station and we can walk through the sky bridge from the station direct to hotel. Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. Would recommend to other friends
