The staff was exceptional. It could be they don't get many foreign tourists but they were very nice to us. They let us park our bicycles inside the facilities which was nice because it rained that night. The breakfast is traditional Japanese style so many, many dishes but so tasty. I like how they had a lobby with drip coffee available so I could come downstairs when I awoke but let my husband continue to sleep.
