Quiet location, friendly receptionist, neat room, very simple but free breakfast.

I recently stayed at Hotel Yan Neko for three nights, two rooms and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I checked in, everything was smooth and efficient, and the check-out process was just as seamless. 5,000 yen security deposit but it was returned to me after checkout. I believe for extra cleaning purposes or damage property. Spacious parking lot. The room was thoroughly clean and well-maintained throughout my stay, which made it very comfortable to relax after a long day. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room water dispenser offering both hot and cold water—very convenient. The bathroom was also quite spacious, with hair blower, hair straightener and the tub with a mini jacuzzi feature was a great touch for unwinding. They had free bath salts by the lobby area. Breakfast is delivered to my door each morning it was delicious and well-balanced, offering a variety of options that felt both satisfying and healthy. It was a great way to start the day. Additionally, I was impressed by the availability of hair and beauty products, which added an extra level of convenience and thoughtfulness to the stay. The staff truly stood out as well—they were consistently polite, caring, and respectful, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Yan Neko provided a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped environment with outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Convenient any time spa (I went at 11pm and it was still busy)- felt great after a full day of walking. Appreciated the deluxe heated toilet seat with bidet. Also liked the live music, restaurant (excellent breakfast), and shaved ice. Very friendly staff

The whole experience was seamless. Starting from Private car pick up at the train station to recommended activities. The staff were very attentive and professional. The hotel decor provided a calm atmosphere a result of attention to detail in architectural and interior design. The restaurant was not open but the staff arranged for a traditional Japanese breakfast on site. It was perfect and tailored to account for my food allergies. Many thoughtful quality amenities. In room beverages were above standard. The hotel met and exceeded my expectations. We had a very peaceful relaxing stay for our 32nd wedding anniversary. Although right next to the train station (which was very convenient for travel), you could not hear the train in our room. It was nice waking up to the sound of birds on the cherry tree in our private courtyard. My first experience at an Onsen was pleasant because the hotel offered private time slots for bathing. The cooling room was magical especially at night. You can see stars on a clear night. The Kangetsudo Art Gallery on site provided a virtual reality meditation experience which was unique. I look forward to returning to Japan and Momoyama Onsen Tsukimikan.

Amazing staff, location is a little out there but not an issue, makes for a fun walk in the morning to the train station. Facility is comfortable and clean. Knowing some extremely basic Japanese will greatly help you out with the staff as they only speak Japanese. Overall great stay with an exceptional price.

It was very clean and although the room was small, it was adequate. Staff were friendly and there was an amenity bar with everything one would need. It was a little far from JR Takatsuki station but it was fun to walk through the shopping/bar district to get there. It’s very close to Hankyu Takatsuki city station. It’s very close to many restaurants and convenience stores.
