Personalised efforts made by staff and management in going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Good location for pre and post safari at Masai Mara. Mara Hilltop becomes ideal for digital nomads who relish working with high speed internet amidst nature. Hadn't expected to find a pizza cooked in wood fired oven at such a venue. Meals are amazing, the highlight being the pizza & mishkaki night. was impressed with the variety as well. Safari on a motorbike is an adventure to be tried in my next visit. ⁠You definitely need one additional day to relax and some interesting activities that they have (I recommend the hike, worth it)

The service was truly on par with a 5-star hotel. A team of Maasai guards provided excellent security, escorting us from the restaurant to our tent and patrolling the camp throughout the night to ensure our safety. One memorable experience was walking to the nearby river with a Maasai guard to explore and investigate what kinds of animals had passed near the camp—there are many great spots for wildlife tracking around the area. What impressed us most was the camp manager, Kenedy. He is an exceptionally honest and trustworthy person. Although the camp is located outside the national park, a park officer attempted to charge us the full park fee ($200 per person) for all three nights. Kenedy stepped in and firmly stood up for what was right, making sure we weren’t unfairly charged. He also arranged a game drive for us at a very reasonable price. Our guide, Patrick, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole experience truly memorable.

Located 2.5 mi from the Sekenani Main Gate, AA Lodge Maasai Mara is 10 minutes' drive away from Siana Springs Air strip and 1-hour flight away from Nairobi.

I can’t say enough great things about this camp. The tents are perfect, the beds super comfy, giraffes walking by your tent! The staff were all so friendly and attentive. Thank you to Felix, Nelson, chef Nelson and above all Allan - who took us on two incredible game drives. I can’t say enough about how amazing Allan was. His knowledge of the Maasai Mara park, the animals, and his adventurous guiding ensured we saw everything!!!!!

Our stay was truly unforgettable. The staff members were amazing—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. After a long day, it was wonderful to come back to such a cozy and well-kept space. The hot-water bottle provided in the evenings was a particularly thoughtful touch and made the nights extra comfortable. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. Every meal felt special and carefully prepared. Jeff, our server always made sure we have everything we need. A special mention goes to our safari guide, Denise, who was knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about the wildlife. Thanks to him, every drive was exciting and informative. Our stay was perfect. The accommodation is very close to one of the park’s gates, so you can get there in just a few minutes. The food was delicious and different every day, including the lunch boxes. The staff were very friendly, and the owner was welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist us. Every aspect of the camp was amazing. The staff were all caring and so kind going above and beyond. Office Manager Tamara was super helpful and made sure every aspect of the stay was smooth and stress free. The food was incredible including packed breakfast and lunch. The Safari guides and drivers were top notch. The location was out of this world. Sitting on the river bank relaxing watching a family of hippos, baboons, warthogs, hyena even saw a giraffe run by oh and Nile crocs. Sitting on the river bank was a real highlight. Our tent was comfortable and roomy. The housekeepers did an amazing job everyday. And the lovely fellows patrolling camp special kudos to Simon and Philip and well as Valentine in the restaurant and Tamara. Location to the park couldn’t be better and all costs affordable. I highly recommend Talek bush camp. It was very hard to leave.
