The staff was courteous and very helpful. Rooms clean. Water was nicely warm. Staff clearly explained all the appliances and were very patient with me with check out times. Will definitely recommend this place.

A beautiful and genuine masterclass in hospitality. Staying at the Kusi Hotel was such a welcoming experience to the region of Kakamega. The staff felt like family and the amenities were top-notch. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food and great WiFi (I was on a work trip so this was very important). The hotel is well connected with the community and the local heritage sites, such as the rainforest. I’m really grateful to the whole team here for making my stay very comfortable and memorable. I will most certainly be back and when I am I will be staying at the Kusi Hotel!

This was the biggest surprise I have ever encountered. The Serene and calm atmosphere is just out of this world. The staff are the best, always willing to help and assist us. The room was spacious and the dining experience was top quality. I really enjoyed my stay there even though I booked it randomly. I am definitely going to stay there the next time I visit. This is the best surprise in Kisumu.
