Novotel is very modern! When I'm in a new place, whether I like it or not sometimes there's a culture shock. It can disorient me, and to put things in perspective Novotel introduces that familiarity.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. We had booked two suites with lounge access. The suites were big and we had the club lounge to our selves as there weren’t many other guests. The service was excellent and the staff where very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The best part was that it was connected to the shopping mall, so it was very convenient. We surely felt very comfortable that the place felt like our own home. This is surely the best 5 star hotel in Bishkek, and would highly recommend anyone visiting Bishkek to visit this hotel. If we ever return to Bishkek, we will definitely return back to the Sheraton.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We used the restaurant for our evening meal and it was quite good.

Staying in this hotel most of the time I'm visiting Bishkek. It is conveniently located in the city Center near Dordoi Plaza, the staff is very helpful, and the hotel has good WiFi.

It was very quiet, nicely decorated, fully equipped, delicious breakfast and with really good customer service. Jazgul in the customer service, made sure I’m very comfortable and took the time to explain to me all the services and answers all my questions. I never felt that welcome anywhere else. Thanks 🙏

I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

Breakfast was great, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room had lots of amenities for the price. Highly recommended, I'll be staying here again the next time I'm in Bishkek

Im a regular visitor and im really enjoying this place. Quite central and close to all the main attraction in the city center. Despite the proximity to the street the room are nearly soundproof and youll barley hear anything. The terrace is always nice to sit and enjoy at any time of the day. The hotel and of course the staff really represent the people and the country itself and i can't wait to come again. Had a great last night with Gulzat, Madina and her friends playing card games and having a great chat. Like i said. They all represent their country very well. I feel like i can stay in this hotel forever and always feel welcome. Not to mention the great breakfast prepared by Nadya which makes me want to come back again and again. So much love and attention to detail. Im loving it. Internet works fine all over the property and they just got some new tv's. So if you have netflix or amazon you may login and watch you series. But why would you want to do that being in this awesome and calm hotel?

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bishkek!

Amazing, specious room with extremely comfortable bed, excellent view and all necessary facilities. Friendly and helpful staff as well as easy communication before and during the stay. Together with the parking availability, great lobby bar and restaurant, this is a 10/10 highly recommended place to stay.
