Great location and amazing views from the hotel. Room service was very responsive and acted quickly, even at night

The location is a 15-20min ride from the city but the community is peaceful. The place is well maintained and rooms were silent. Rooms were cleaned everytime you asked them. Sheets were replaced every 3 days which is understandable. The dining area was well lit and had a homey vibe. The breakfast had a huge selection. It definitely had a good value for money. Staffs were polite and good in english. We didn't had difficulty communicating with them. I think the price for the stay is exceptional since it has anything you need for a hotel. The prices on their restaurant was decent.

The room and bed are comfortable. If I come back to Almaty one day, I will stay here again.

Exceptional !!! We had a great stay. Mr. Ilyas the receptionist was so kind and helpful during our stay. The breakfast was great. Good locations also and keep the hotel and rooms always clean. Resident City Hotel is highly recommended.

Before there was another hotel there, now it’s totally different. I adore to stay at the new and recently renovated hotels. New pillows, new bathrooms, everything is new! As a bonus where is amazing view of the mountains! Breakfast was pretty cosy as well!

The hotel is very convenient, located right in the city center — everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. 🫶 The hotel truly lives up to its name — it’s cozy and comfortable in every way. We came all the way from Canada and would like to express our sincere gratitude for such warm hospitality here in Kazakhstan. 🇰🇿❤️ We highly recommend this hotel! A perfect combination of comfort, service, and great location.

Excellent location, the bed is comfortable, spacious room and very helpful staff from reception even to housekeeping

1. They kept my luggage for 2 days after o checked out. 2. They changed my room immediately when I said the room is noisy. 3. The mist sauna/ hamam was the best!! Perfect to heal my aches & pains after Snowboarding. 4. There are African people working here as bell boy & they are very very good, they speak fluent English, they helped me w/ my luggage to put in the taxi on the chilly evening!

everything is perfect in here, very good location with very big parking lot, breakfast is perfect, the spa complex also wonderful. i love it, i hope i visit almaty again to stay in this place

Overall, it is a fabulous hotel with an enviable location While the decor may possibly be considered as somewhat dowdy and dated, the rooms are incrediblely spacious and super comfortable Best of all were the staff. Everyone was eager to help and their command of English was high They helped me resolve all my issues

The room is clean and tidy. The place is accessible to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. Special mention I am so grateful to Ma’am Elena their manager for full support and have been able to assist me all the way. Thank you so much.
